Overview

Senior Purchasing Manager with a defense, aerospace, or high-technology manufacturing background.

• Lead purchasing, procurement, strategic sourcing and commodity management


• Drive supplier development, negotiations, subcontracting and supplier performance


• Manage strategic supplier agreements, including SPA, BOA and LTA


• Lead make/buy decisions, supplier selection, transitions and cost reduction


• Support NPI, production requirements, material availability and obsolescence planning


• Lead and develop the purchasing organization

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree


• Active Secret Clearance (or eligible for one)


• 7+ years of purchasing, procurement, sourcing or supply chain experience


• Leadership experience managing purchasing or procurement teams


• Strong defense, aerospace or high-technology manufacturing background


• DoD, ITAR, EAR, FAR and DFARS experience
