Our team works closely with borrowers and brokers to navigate complex deals, ensuring clear communication and a streamlined experience from start to finish.

Position Summary

Working directly with the CEO and alongside our sales team, you’ll own how BD Capital presents itself to the market: what we say, how we look, where we show up, and how we build credibility with borrowers, brokers, and industry partners.

We’re looking for someone who understands that effective marketing requires a clear point of view, consistent execution, and thoughtful use of resources. You should be equally comfortable developing a brand strategy, pitching a story, writing compelling copy, and getting a campaign out the door.

Responsibilities

• Brand and positioning: Refine our messaging, visual identity, and voice so BD Capital is recognizable, credible, and differentiated.


• PR and visibility: Develop stories, media relationships, speaking opportunities, and industry partnerships that strengthen our reputation.


• Content and thought leadership: Turn our team’s expertise into engaging articles, LinkedIn posts, emails, borrower stories, and executive communications.


• Efficient growth marketing: Build and test targeted campaigns across email, social, search, referrals, and other channels—with a focus on qualified opportunities and measurable results.


• Marketing tools and systems: Use CRM, automation, AI, and accessible creative tools to improve quality, speed, and efficiency.


• Sales support: Create presentations, product materials, and campaigns that help our sales team build relationships and win business.


• Execution and measurement: Manage the marketing calendar, budget, and outside partners; track what works and adjust quickly.

Qualifications

• You have a track record of creating strong marketing and are ready for greater ownership.


• You deeply understand branding: positioning, storytelling, design, and the consistency that builds trust.


• You understand PR and earned media, including how to identify a compelling story and get it in front of the right audience.


• You’re an excellent writer with strong visual judgment and attention to detail.


• You’re resourceful with budgets and know how to combine smart tools, internal expertise, and selective outside support.


• You can connect creative decisions to business objectives and evaluate results beyond impressions and likes.


• You enjoy working directly with leadership, bringing ideas forward, and following through independently.


• You’re curious about real estate and financial services. Relevant experience is helpful, but strong judgment and the ability to learn matter more.
