AVP, Commercial Loan Operations

JCW Search is partnering with a well-established regional bank in Connecticut to hire a Commercial Loan Operations Specialist. The bank has strong community roots and a growing commercial lending platform. Fiserv DNA experience is required.

What you'll do:

• Book, maintain, and service commercial and commercial real estate loans in Fiserv DNA


• Process advances, payments, payoffs, renewals, modifications, and rate changes


• Monitor maturities, tickler items, insurance, and UCC/collateral documentation


• Manage participations, escrow, and fee activity, and reconcile loan GLs


• Review loan documents for accuracy and partner with lenders, credit, and closing teams


• Support audits and ensure compliance with bank policy and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for:

• Hands-on Fiserv DNA experience (required)


• 3+ years of commercial loan operations, booking, or servicing experience at a bank or credit union


• Solid understanding of commercial loan documents, collateral, and loan structures


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a deadline-driven environment


• Excel proficiency and strong communication skills
