Infrastructure Engineer

Infrastructure Engineers — Mid, Senior & Staff Level

We’re looking for exceptional infrastructure engineers with strong technical foundations and experience building infrastructure from the ground up.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of infrastructure engineering experience, with demonstrated ownership of complex technical projects.


• Experience taking infrastructure from zero to one, including designing, building and launching new systems.


• A strong academic or professional track record, whether through institutions such as MIT, Stanford, UC Berkeley or Carnegie Mellon, or engineering roles at leading technology companies, high-growth startups, scaleups or quantitative trading firms.


• Evidence of exceptional technical ability beyond traditional credentials. Standout engineering achievements, competitive programming results or experience in demanding technical environments are equally valued.

Additional distinctions we value:

ICPC World Finals participation, IMO or USACO medals, engineering experience at firms such as Jane Street, Citadel or Hudson River Trading, or high-level competitive gaming rankings that demonstrate exceptional analytical ability and performance under pressure.
