The attraction offers immersive experiences designed to amaze, inspire, and entertain guests of all ages. Role Description The Guest Experience Host is a part-time, on-site role based at Bubble Planet Charlotte in Concord, NC. In this position, the host greets guests, answers questions, and provides directions to exhibits, restrooms, and amenities. The role includes managing queues, supporting ticketing and admissions processes, and helping ensure smooth guest flow throughout the site. Hosts engage visitors with friendly conversation, highlight key experiences and programs, and promote special events or experiences. Daily tasks also involve monitoring guest safety and cleanliness in public areas, assisting with crowd management, and collaborating with team members to resolve issues and deliver a positive, inclusive experience for every visitor.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and guest relations skills, with the ability to create welcoming, inclusive experiences for diverse visitors.


• Clear verbal communication skills and active listening abilities to answer questions and provide accurate information about exhibits and services.


• Comfort working in a fast-paced, public-facing environment, including managing lines, crowds, and high visitor volumes.


• Reliability and professionalism, including punctuality, adherence to company policies, and respectful collaboration with team members.


• Ability to stand and move throughout the facility for extended periods and perform light physical tasks as needed.


• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and peak visitor times, as part of a part-time schedule.


• Previous experience in hospitality, attractions, retail, or customer service is beneficial but not required.


• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
