Stone Production Manager

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years in stone, granite, quartz, or solid-surface fabrication, or closely related manufacturing


• 3+ years in a supervisory or lead role


• Hands-on CNC and stone fabrication equipment experience, including reading CNC job files and shop drawings


• A proven record of reducing cost and waste, with numbers to back it up


• Strong math skills (square footage, yield and scrap percentages, labor cost, basic budgeting)


• Experience training employees and working with SOPs


• Working knowledge of OSHA standards, especially silica


• Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets and shop management software


• Highly organized and effective both leading a team and working independently

PREFERRED

• Degree in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or operations


• Lean, Six Sigma, or 5S training


• Slab layout/nesting software and digital templating experience


• ERP or production tracking system experience


• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification


• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Portuguese
