We're partnering with an innovative biotechnology organization seeking a Senior Director, Oncology Pharmacology to provide scientific leadership across a diverse oncology portfolio. - Drive translational approaches that support candidate selection, indication expansion, and clinical development decisions.
- Collaborate closely with Toxicology, DMPK, Clinical Pharmacology, Biomarkers, Regulatory Affairs, and Clinical Development teams.
- Manage external CRO and academic partnerships.
- Contribute to regulatory submissions, including INDs, NDAs, and BLAs.
- Mentor and develop scientific talent while serving as a key leader within a highly matrixed R&D environment.

- Experience supporting at least one approved therapeutic product and/or major regulatory submission.
- Deep understanding of oncology drug development, including solid tumors, hematologic malignancies, and/or immuno-oncology.

Candidates whose experience is primarily in Clinical Pharmacology, Pharmacometrics, Population PK, PK/PD Modeling, or Quantitative Clinical Pharmacology without significant ownership of oncology pharmacology programs are unlikely to be a strong fit.
Why Apply?
- Fully remote within the United States.
- Opportunity to influence high-impact oncology programs.
- Visible leadership role with broad cross-functional exposure.
- Work across multiple therapeutic modalities and cutting-edge oncology science.
