Role Description The Operations-Clinic Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Midlothian, VA, responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations and ensuring an excellent client experience. This role includes managing staff schedules, supervising front desk and clinical teams, coordinating patient flow, and maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant environment. The manager will oversee inventory and budgeting processes, ensure adherence to clinical protocols, and partner with medical staff to support quality care delivery. Additional responsibilities include onboarding and training team members, monitoring performance, addressing client feedback, and implementing process improvements to optimize efficiency. The Operations-Clinic Manager will also collaborate on local marketing activities, uphold brand standards, and report operational metrics to ownership.

Qualifications

• Background in managing functional medicine, concierge medicine practice and/or wellness practice with a membership base.


• Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship building.


• Budgeting and basic financial management skills to oversee clinic expenses and resource allocation.


• Clear, professional communication skills for interacting with clients, staff, and clinical partners.


• Familiarity with medicine or clinical environments, including comfort working in a wellness or healthcare setting.


• Experience in training, coaching, or supervising staff to maintain performance and compliance.


• Previous experience in clinic, healthcare, spa, or wellness operations management preferred.


• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.


• Ability to work on-site full-time in Midlothian, VA, including some evenings or weekends as needed.


• Proficiency with scheduling software, point-of-sale systems, and basic office applications.


• Associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Compensation

• Compensation package $52,000-$65,000 - depending on experience
