Sales Associate

What You’ll Do:

• Drive successful sales of used trailers, building relationships with customers and providing exceptional service.


• Support the business by contributing to revenue growth through proactive selling and customer engagement.


• Develop product knowledge and sales skills, positioning yourself for future leadership opportunities within the company.

Required Skills:

• Strong enthusiasm and a hunger to learn sales processes.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.


• Basic proficiency with computers and sales systems.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous customer service or sales experience.


• Familiarity with heavy equipment, trailers, or vehicle sales.


• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Other Requirements:

• Must be available to work from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM in Henderson.


• Willingness to travel locally (less than 20%) initially, with expectation of progression to extensive travel (60-80%) as a Territory Manager.


• Successful completion of background check and 10-panel drug screen, including THC.


• Ability to drive company trucks and set up trailers as needed.
