KA Recruiting is seeking skilled and motivated Surgical Technologists for permanent, direct-hire opportunities with hospitals and healthcare facilities across the United States.

Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare operating rooms, surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies for procedures.
Maintain sterile technique and ensure a safe surgical environment.
Assist surgeons, nurses, and other surgical team members during procedures.
Anticipate surgical team needs and pass instruments and supplies.
Perform instrument, sponge, and sharps counts according to facility protocols.
Assist with patient positioning and operating room preparation.
Support infection prevention and surgical safety standards.
Assist with operating room turnover and equipment preparation.
Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program or equivalent qualifications accepted by the employer.
CST certification preferred or required depending on the position.
Previous operating room experience preferred; some openings require 1–2 years.
Experience in general OR, orthopedics, neuro, or cardiovascular surgery is a plus.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment.
Current BLS certification or ability to obtain it, when required.
