Lead Agilist

Responsibilities

• Coach Agile Squads on Scrum principles, Agile values, and best practices

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, team workshops, and stakeholder discussions

• Identify, remove, and escalate impediments impacting delivery

• Partner with Product Owners and development teams to improve backlog management and value delivery

• Promote team collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

• Help improve Agile maturity across teams and the broader organization

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional business experience

• 3+ years of Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Lead Agilist experience

• Strong understanding of Scrum principles and Agile methodologies

• Experience coaching, teaching, mentoring, and facilitating teams

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities

• Experience driving Agile transformation and organizational change

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
