Lead complex steel and construction projects from first model to final invoice, with a team that counts on your direction.

Must-Haves

• 5+ years of construction project management experience


• 5+ years in lead drafting/detailing roles (Project Coordinator, Lead Modeler, or Checker)


• Proven track record managing budgets, client relationships, and project teams


• Certificate or diploma in civil or structural steel drafting/detailing, engineering, or similar


• Training in 3D modeling software such as Tekla, AutoCAD, or Navisworks


• Primavera or Microsoft Project proficiency

Strong Advantage

• Steel detailing experience


• Familiarity with ProSteel, StruCAD, Revit, or AutoPLANT

The Opportunity

You will own projects end to end, from scope and planning through delivery and reporting. You will lead a dedicated project team, manage client relationships, and help shape proposals, tenders, and consulting reports.

What You Will Do

• Set a clear project scope and lead your team with defined expectations


• Deliver projects on schedule, on budget, and to high quality standards


• Track schedule and costs, spotting risks before they become problems


• Partner with production to allocate hours and resources


• Identify and submit change orders on time


• Work with Finance so invoices go out and get paid on time


• Resolve scope, cost, and schedule issues while keeping clients confident


• Support production teams across every phase of the project
