We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) or Physician Assistants (PA-Cs) to join our behavioral health team.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment for behavioral health patients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and support continuity of care.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered mental health services.

Compensation

• $120,000–$180,000 annually
• Compensation is based on experience.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in psychiatry, behavioral health, or outpatient medicine preferred.
• New graduates with active licensure are encouraged to apply!
• PMHNP or PA-C certification, as applicable.
• Active Texas (TX) license and DEA registration.
