My team is working with a growing consumer products company in Hudson County, NJ (1 day/week onsite, 4 days/week work from home) that is looking for a hands-on Product Marketing Manager to join its team. This is an exciting opportunity to take true ownership of the product lifecycle and make a visible impact from day one.

What You’ll Own

• ? Lead 5–10 new product launches annually, from ideation through go-to-market
• ? Own product strategy, P&L, pricing, forecasting, and category performance
• ? Develop Amazon-first launch strategies and partner closely with E-commerce
• ? Drive product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
• ? Blend data-driven insights with creative marketing and execution
• ? Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Creative, Sales, Operations, and E-commerce
• ? Manage products beyond launch, identifying opportunities to optimize and grow the category

The ideal background:

• 3-5+ years of CPG, consumer products, product marketing, or product management experience
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management
• Experience with Amazon/e-commerce launches strongly preferred
• Comfortable balancing analytics, strategy, and hands-on execution
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership
