Territory Manager
Job Description
About SEECO
Southern Electrical Equipment Company (SEECO) was founded in 1920 when a group of engineers left Duke Power to start something new, with the goal of designing and manufacturing better products for their industry. They succeeded, and that drive for greater performance and reliability still powers our engineers, staff, and management today. Our ongoing product development has produced innovative, commercially successful products, including unitized transmission switches, line post sensors for transmission switching automation, single and multi-bottle vacuum interrupters, and single and variable speed electro-mechanical motor operators.

Based at our plant in Monroe, NC, you'll be the face of SEECO to your sales reps and customers: out in the field, at industry events, and working alongside our teams at the plant. - Partner with and direct your Inside Sales Representative, and work with outside sales reps in the territory
- Represent SEECO at trade shows, promotional events, and industry functions
- Track territory performance against KPIs and benchmarks, and adjust your approach to hit your targets
- Collaborate with marketing, customer service, production, and other teams so customers and internal teams stay aligned
- Take on special projects and analysis that support the sales team's goals
What you bring

- 1+ year of sales or territory management experience required; 3+ years preferred
