Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Healthcare Provider role based in Mount Kisco, NY. The Healthcare Provider will deliver medical aesthetic and wellness services, including performing consultations, creating personalized treatment plans, and administering non-surgical procedures in line with clinic protocols and safety standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating client health histories, monitoring treatment outcomes, documenting care in accordance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with the spa’s clinical and guest services teams to ensure a seamless client experience. The role also involves educating clients on treatment options, aftercare, and lifestyle factors that support long-term results, while upholding Canvas Medical Spa’s commitment to natural, individualized outcomes and a high level of professional, welcoming service.

Qualifications

  • Current, unrestricted clinical license or certification appropriate to practice (e.g., NP, PA, RN, or other relevant healthcare credential) in the state of Connecticut.
  • Demonstrated skills in medical aesthetics and wellness care, including experience with injectable treatments, skin health procedures, or related cosmetic medicine services.
  • Strong client assessment and care planning abilities, including taking thorough histories, evaluating goals, and creating individualized treatment plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate clients clearly and build trusting, long-term relationships.
  • Commitment to safety, compliance, and quality standards, including accurate documentation and adherence to clinical protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a boutique, team-based environment and to support a luxury, service-oriented client experience.
  • Comfort with learning and using modern medical devices, aesthetic technologies, and electronic health record or scheduling systems.
  • Prior experience in medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or holistic wellness settings is strongly preferred.
  • Availability to work a full-time schedule, including possible evenings or weekends based on client demand.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and a genuine interest in integrative wellness and natural-looking aesthetic outcomes.
