? What You’ll Be Doing

? Become an expert in GTM, Cybersecurity, DevOps & SaaS markets — no prior recruitment experience required

? Build relationships with top-tier candidates and help them land their dream careers

? Cold call and develop new business to build your own client portfolio

? Work with senior-level professionals, where successful placements can mean bigger commissions

? Attend networking events, conferences, podcasts & industry events

? Learn the full recruitment process from sourcing through closing

? Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

? $95K+ OTE in Year 1
