Business Manager, Strategy

Top Hedge Fund looking to hire a strategy consultant for their Strategy and Transformation Team and then be deployed throughout the firm in a range of roles.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer and partner with the broader team to execute the strategic and transformation agenda


• Lead projects, applying logical and creative problem solving to deliver fact-based insights, formulate recommendations and drive execution


• Provide thought partnership to business partners and Senior Executives across the company


• Demonstrate strong leadership and influence management skills, including the ability to challenge the status quo

Qualifications:

• Distinguished track-record of academic and professional achievement


• Can-do attitude and willingness to “roll-up” sleeves and take on the areas are necessary to drive impact


• 3-6 years of experience coming from a top strategy consulting firm
