Riko Group is a management services organization supporting Riko, a medical aesthetics clinic chain specializing in cosmetic laser treatments, dermatology, and skincare. Riko opened its first location in Midtown Manhattan and is preparing to open a flagship location in SoHo.

Our goal is to build Riko into a comprehensive beauty and wellness brand spanning both medical services and retail. Inspired by Korean aesthetics, Riko serves a diverse clientele across New York City, with a particular focus on young professionals in their 20s to 40s.

We are a growing team of marketers, engineers, and operators seeking a Human Resources Manager to help us build a strong team as we expand. You will lead talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations.

This is an on-site role at our headquarters in Midtown Manhattan.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting across our clinics and headquarters, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and offers.
• Partner with clinic managers to identify staffing needs and plan for growth.
• Manage onboarding and off-boarding to ensure a smooth employee experience.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and help resolve workplace concerns.
• Coordinate payroll, benefits, time off, and performance reviews.
• Help build a positive workplace culture.

Compensation

• Full-time: $ 90,000 to $120,000
• Group health & dental insurance, 401k match, PTOs

Requirements

• Experience in human resources, with a background in recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Friendly, approachable, and collaborative, with the ability to build trust across the team.
• Comfortable working independently and adapting to a growing company.
• Available to work on-site at our headquarters in Midtown Manhattan.
• Experience in healthcare, beauty, retail, or another service-based business is a plus.
