Catalyst Corporation is currently hiring motivated individuals to join our team in Oak Brook, IL as an Event Marketing & Brand Representative.

In this role, you’ll work directly with customers inside established retail locations while supporting a variety of client marketing and sales campaigns. Team members help increase brand awareness, introduce customers to available products and services, and create positive face-to-face customer experiences.

This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals who are outgoing, motivated, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in marketing, sales, customer engagement, brand representation, and leadership. Paid training and ongoing development are provided.

What You’ll Do

• Represent client brands directly inside established retail locations


• Engage with customers through professional, face-to-face conversations


• Support a variety of client marketing and promotional campaigns


• Educate customers on available products, services, and current promotions


• Identify customer needs and introduce appropriate solutions


• Assist with customer acquisition and sales initiatives


• Maintain strong product and campaign knowledge


• Work alongside team members and management to achieve campaign goals


• Help create a positive and professional customer experience


• Participate in ongoing sales, marketing, product, and leadership training

This is a full-time, in-person position based in the Oak Brook, IL area. All campaigns are conducted directly inside retail locations, giving team members hands-on experience representing client brands and interacting with customers.
