Medical Technologist (MT) - 3rd Shift

Location: Brooksville, FL 34613

Schedule: Full-Time | 3rd Shift | Rotating Weekends

Hours: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Pay: $32.00 - $37.92/hr

Night Differential: $2.50/hr

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Scientist to perform accurate and timely laboratory testing in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and STAT testing in Chemistry, Hematology, and Blood Bank.
• Review and report patient results accurately and on time.
• Perform quality control, calibration, and proficiency testing.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
• Handle critical specimens and results according to established procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow regulatory and safety standards.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Florida Technologist License required.
• 1+ year of Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Scientist experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
