Sales Director - Dedicated Transportation

Mackenzie Stuart is partnered with a leading Transportation Provider looking for a Dedicated Transportation Sales Director with proven experience in dedicated contract carriage sales.

This organisation has seen incredible success in 2026 and looking to bring on some exceptional sales talent in their national dedicated division to hit the ground running heading into 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and prospecting new leads in key market verticals including retail and food & beverage as well as growing new market verticals.


• Develops proposals and builds customized solutions for clients based on Dedicated Transportation needs.


• Collaborates with operations, pricing, accounting, and customer service to address issues and concerns.


• Participates in contract, rate schedule development, and bid reviews.


• Creates and delivers high-quality presentations tailored to customer needs.


• Partners with peers and management to enhance sales techniques and strategies.

Key Requirements:

• Proven track record in dedicated transportation sales with a minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally 8-10 years' experience within the Asset Truckload transportation industry.


• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication abilities.


• Results-driven hunter mindset with a focus on growth and success.
