<p><strong><span >Parts Specialist</span></strong></p><p><strong><span >Department: </span></strong><span >Parts / Production Logistics</span></p><p><strong><span >Location: </span></strong><span >Rancho Cucamonga, CA</span></p><p><strong><span >Pay Rate: </span></strong><span >$22-25/hr DOE</span></p><p><strong><span >Schedule: </span></strong><span >MondayFriday, 5:30 AM2:15 PM</span></p><p></p><p><strong><span >Position Overview</span></strong></p><p><span >We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Parts Specialist to support our transmission remanufacturing and repair operations.</span></p><p><span >The ideal candidate has experience working with automotive parts, mechanical components, warehouse inventory, or production materials and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and organization are essential.</span></p><p><span >Experience with transmission or powertrain components is highly preferred, but candidates with strong automotive parts, mechanical assembly, or inventory experience are encouraged to apply.</span></p><p><strong><span >Key Responsibilities</span></strong></p><p><span > Pull and organize parts according to work orders, build sheets, and production requirements.</span></p><p><span > Accurately kit components for specific automatic transmission models, including clutches, bands, seals, gaskets, valves, torque converters, and other related parts.</span></p><p><span > Verify part numbers, quantities, labels, and components to ensure kits are complete and accurate.</span></p><p><span > Use inventory management software and handheld barcode scanners to record parts movement and update inventory.</span></p><p><span > Identify low-stock items, inventory discrepancies, or missing components and report them to the Parts Manager.</span></p><p><span > Deliver completed kits and materials to production workstations using carts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment.</span></p><p><span > Assist with the collection and movement of used transmission cores and return them to designated areas.</span></p><p><span > Inspect parts for damage, defects, or incorrect labeling before delivering them to production.</span></p><p><span > Maintain an organized, clean, and safe kitting area, parts aisles, and delivery paths.</span></p><p><span > Work closely with the Parts and Production teams to ensure builders have the necessary components to keep production moving.</span></p><p><span > Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.</span></p><p><strong><span >Qualifications</span></strong></p><p><span > 12 years of experience in an automotive parts department, warehouse, inventory, mechanical assembly, or similar environment.</span></p><p><span > Automotive parts or transmission/powertrain experience is highly preferred.</span></p><p><span > Strong attention to detail and ability to identify differences between similar parts and components.</span></p><p><span > Ability to read and follow work orders, parts lists, or build instructions.</span></p><p><span > Experience with inventory systems and handheld barcode scanners is preferred.</span></p><p><span > Ability to learn and use Odoo inventory/manufacturing software.</span></p><p><span > Strong organizational and time-management skills.</span></p><p><span > Dependable attendance and ability to consistently report to work at 5:30 AM.</span></p><p><span > Ability to work independently while also communicating effectively with production and parts teams.</span></p><p><strong><span >Physical Requirements</span></strong></p><p><span > Ability to stand and walk throughout the workday.</span></p><p><span > Ability to frequently bend, reach, stoop, and move throughout the parts and production areas.</span></p><p><span > Ability to lift, push, and pull parts or kits weighing up to 50 lbs.</span></p><p><span > Ability to safely operate or learn to operate carts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.</span></p><p></p><p><span >#ARROW</span></p>PandoLogic.
