Role Description The Behavioral Health Technician is a part-time/full-time, located in Westmoreland or Fayette Counties, Pennsylvania. Primary responsibilities include supporting licensed clinicians in delivering behavioral health services. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing behavior intervention plans, observing and documenting client behaviors, and assisting with individual and group sessions under clinical supervision. The role involves maintaining accurate records, monitoring progress, and communicating observations to the clinical team to inform treatment planning. The Behavioral Health Technician also helps ensure a safe, structured, and supportive environment, collaborates with families and caregivers when appropriate, and follows all ethical, confidentiality, and regulatory standards.
