No previous insurance experience is required.

Your background might be in sales, customer service, recruiting, education, hospitality, management, account management, or another people-focused field. If you’re comfortable talking with people and motivated to improve, we’ll teach you the rest.

In this role, you will:

• Meet with prospective clients virtually


• Understand their priorities and concerns


• Educate clients on available solutions


• Develop and manage relationships


• Follow a structured sales process


• Receive ongoing coaching and skill development


• Work toward personal and professional growth goals
