Entry level sales

This position is designed for individuals looking to begin or develop a career in sales, marketing, customer acquisition, and leadership. No previous sales experience is required, as successful candidates will receive hands-on training and ongoing coaching.

In this role, you will work directly with customers through face-to-face marketing and sales campaigns, representing non-profit clients professionally while developing strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills.

Responsibilities

* Engage with prospective customers through face-to-face interactions

* Represent clients professionally and accurately

* Communicate campaign information clearly and confidently

* Build positive relationships with customers and the public

* Work toward individual and team performance goals

* Participate in ongoing sales, communication, and leadership training

* Collaborate with team members to improve campaign performance

* Develop an understanding of customer acquisition, sales strategy, and campaign management

We are primarily looking for individuals with a strong attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well with others.

Previous experience is not required, but the following can be helpful:

* Customer service, retail, hospitality, sports, or sales experience

* Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

* Confidence speaking with new people

* A competitive or goal-oriented mindset

* Ability to receive feedback and apply coaching

* Strong work ethic and reliability

* Positive and professional attitude

* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

* Interest in personal and professional development

Experience in sports, hospitality, retail, customer service, or other team-oriented environments can translate particularly well into this position, but we encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply.
