We are hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) for a flexible Home Health position. This is a highly stable home care company that has been in business for many years and is well-rated on Medicare.gov. Pay & Benefits: • Generous pay: $54 $57.70 per hour (based on experience) • Health Insurance • Health Savings Account (HSA) • Dental Insurance • Paid Time Off (increases with longevity) • Electronic charting • Paid mileage • Flexible schedule • Highly rated on Medicare.gov About the Role: • Home Health visits with adult and geriatric patients • Full-time: 35 visits per week, Monday Friday • Typical caseload: 3 7 patient visits/day • You will drive between patients' homes and/or senior living facilities • Travel is part of the role, and mileage is paid • OASIS documentation required for all start-of-care patients (training provided) To Apply, Please Include Answers to the Following: 1.
