Compensation Designed Around Your Impact

Salary range is $140,000- 160,000 with additional earning potential. Whether you prefer the stability of a guaranteed salary or the earning potential of production, we'll work with you to create a compensation package that aligns with your goals. Our compensation model rewards the care and services you provide to patients and clients:

22% Professional Services| 10% In-Practice Pharmacy| 5% Online Pharmacy

• A US-licensed DVM or equivalent
