This is a nationally known ans very respected firm that is expanding. They need to hire as soon as possible two talented and experienced Litigation Legal Assistants. Responsibilities will include handling travel, calendar management, proofread corporate documents, redline, blackline and other projects related to litigation. Everything goes through tracking system called Quest. They use Utilize Chrome River for expenses. They need candidates who have worked for a mid-size to larger firm in litigation. Two to three years’ experience needed. White collar defense experience would be a plus. Solid computer skills coupled with a stable work history preferred. This firm has a very positive work environment where talented Associates and appreciated and rewarded with generous bonuses. $75,000 to $95,000 to start depending on skills and experience.
