Position Overview

The Executive Search Recruiter is responsible for leading retained and exclusive executive search engagements from strategy through placement.

You'll partner closely with Account Executives and clients to develop search strategies, identify exceptional leadership talent, conduct executive-level assessments, and guide candidates through a highly consultative search process.

Success in this role requires curiosity, business acumen, outstanding sourcing skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives.

What You'll Do

Lead Executive Searches

• Execute retained and exclusive executive search engagements
• Build targeted leadership talent maps
• Identify and recruit passive executive candidates
• Conduct in-depth executive interviews and assessments
• Present highly qualified leadership candidates
• Manage confidential searches with professionalism and discretion
• Guide executives through interview and offer processes
• Conduct executive reference checks
• Ensure exceptional candidate and client experiences

Build Strategic Talent Networks

• Develop relationships with senior leaders across AI and technology
• Attend industry conferences and networking events
• Build long-term executive talent communities
• Become a recognized market expert within your specialty

Partner with Clients

• Understand organizational strategy and leadership needs
• Advise clients on executive talent markets
• Provide compensation and competitive intelligence
• Consult on succession planning and organizational design

Preferred Qualifications

• 3–5 years of executive search or agency recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting senior-level professionals
• Strong sourcing and passive candidate recruiting skills
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
• Experience managing complex searches
• Bachelor's degree preferred
