Pay Range: $157,705 – $197,163/annum. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead surgical services operations, ensuring quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance


• Drive patient throughput and efficiency while enhancing quality outcomes


• Develop and implement evidence-based clinical practices and policies


• Spearhead patient experience initiatives and performance improvement


• Coach, develop, and retain clinical staff to foster a high-performance culture


• Ensure appropriate staffing, equipment maintenance, and operational standards

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree required


• BSN required


• Recent Surgical Services Director experience required


• Master's Degree preferred
