Quality RN Educator

Well-known licensed home care company is looking for a RN Educator to join their team in Westchester.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN with a background in home care, quality improvement, compliance, education, and staff development who enjoys combining clinical leadership with quality and regulatory responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the organization's education program
• Develop and oversee employee orientation and training programs
• Perform competency evaluations for nursing and HHA/PCA staff

Qualifications

✔️ Active New York State RN license

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s preferred

✔️ 2+ years of nursing experience

✔️ Strong knowledge of home care regulations

✔️ Quality assurance/compliance experience strongly preferred

✔️ Experience with staff education, training, and competency evaluation

✔️ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

✔️ Ability to analyze and report performance data
