Mission Control Associate – Autonomous Vehicle Operations

Location: Las Vegas, NV | On-site

Job Type: Full-Time, W2

Pay: $25/hr on W2

Training Start: October 19, 2026

We’re hiring a Mission Control Associate to support daily operations for an autonomous vehicle service.

What you’ll do:

• Monitor real-time vehicle/service operations
• Coordinate dispatch and vehicle recovery activities
• Troubleshoot basic vehicle/service issues and escalate when needed
• Track and document service disruptions and incidents
• Coordinate with internal teams and provide timely status updates
• Support operational changes based on traffic, events, and emergency situations

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in dispatch, fleet operations, logistics, transportation, control room, or operations
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, real-time environment
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal systems
• Autonomous vehicle experience is not required

Schedule: AM and PM shifts available. On-site in Las Vegas.
