Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team and support a broad range of human resources functions. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working directly with employees, managers, and leadership while helping maintain a positive, compliant, and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee relations


• Support recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes


• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation


• Administer company policies, procedures, and HR programs


• Assist with performance management, employee counseling, and conflict resolution


• Support benefits administration and employee inquiries


• Assist with payroll, timekeeping, and attendance processes


• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations


• Coordinate employee training and development initiatives


• Prepare HR reports and maintain HRIS information


• Partner with managers on staffing, employee relations, and workplace issues


• Support investigations and corrective action processes as needed

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience preferred


• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations


• Experience with employee relations and conflict resolution


• Recruiting and onboarding experience


• Strong organizational and communication skills


• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems


• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus
