Pay Rate: $150–$170/hour

Employment Type: Contract (120-Day Term, Option to Renew or Convert to Permanent)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Start Date: November 2026 (ideal)

About the Opportunity

A healthcare organization is seeking Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physicians to fill 2 open positions — one in Brooklyn, NY and one in Manhattan, NY — on a 120-day contract assignment, with the option to renew or convert to a permanent position. Ideal candidates are available for a November 2026 start date and bring hands-on experience with the Epic EMR system.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct outpatient primary care to adult patients


• Conduct patient evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning


• Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed


• Collaborate with nursing staff, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams


• Accurately document patient encounters and treatment plans using Epic EMR


• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Active New York State medical license required


• Active New York State DEA registration required


• Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine


• Active NYS Medicaid participation required


• Prior experience using Epic EMR required

Schedule Details

• Monday – Friday, 5 days/week


• Shift options: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM


• Assignment length: 120 days, with option to renew or convert to permanent


• Ideal start date: November 2026
