The Dorne Region is adding an Appointment Coordinator to its Las Vegas office. This full-time, on-site opportunity is for someone who wants to build confidence, learn a repeatable process, and take ownership of daily results.

You will help individuals who are exploring health coverage and life benefit options understand the next step, coordinate appointments, and keep the process moving with clear, organized follow-up. The work rewards a calm approach, attention to detail, and the willingness to improve through practice.

Training, examples, feedback, and ongoing coaching are provided. Previous insurance experience and a college degree are not required; candidates from hospitality, retail, customer service, recruiting, fitness, athletics, and other people-facing backgrounds often bring useful strengths.

First-year earning potential generally ranges from $65,000 to $95,000. Earning potential grows with performance in this independent contractor role, with strong results opening the door to greater client and leadership responsibility.
