VP/Director of Investor Services

Our client is a rapidly growing middle-market private credit investment firm with a strong institutional investor base and a growing platform. The firm is expanding its Investor Relations infrastructure and is seeking a Vice President / Director of Investor Services to build and lead a dedicated Investor Services function.

This is a newly created, highly visible opportunity reporting directly to the Head of Investor Relations. The individual will serve as the primary owner of the firm's non-client-facing investor service and reporting function, partnering closely with Capital Formation, Investment, Accounting, Legal/Compliance, and external service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own investor reporting and service workflows, including quarterly reporting, DDQs, portfolio data requests, consultant databases, and other bespoke deliverables


• Partner with Capital Formation on LP diligence and fundraising-related requests


• Manage LP onboarding and closing processes alongside internal teams, administrators, and legal counsel


• Coordinate with Investment and portfolio monitoring teams to collect and validate portfolio data


• Build scalable processes and workflows for the Investor Services function


• Partner with technology/data teams to identify opportunities for automation and AI-enabled process improvements


• Collaborate with Accounting, Legal/Compliance, Investment, and other internal stakeholders


• Build and manage a dedicated Investor Services team as the function grows

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Investor Services, Client Service, Credit Operations, or a related function


• Experience within private credit, direct lending, private equity, or another alternative investment environment


• Strong familiarity with loan tapes, corporate credit data, and institutional investor reporting


• Experience supporting sophisticated institutional investors and complex diligence processes


• Excellent organizational, project management, written, and verbal communication skills


• Ability to operate independently and build processes in a fast-growing environment


• Prior management experience is a plus

Please note: This role is 5 days per week in the office, with flexibility to work from home on Fridays during the summer.
