We’re looking for an ambitious 360 Recruiter / Business Development professional to join our growing Life Sciences division. This is a true 360 opportunity for someone who wants more than simply managing existing accounts.

You’ll have the opportunity to develop new client relationships, expand existing partnerships, engage with senior decision-makers, and build your own book of business within the fast-growing Life Sciences market. You’ll work at the intersection of business development and talent, partnering with innovative pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and other Life Sciences organizations to solve critical hiring needs with high-caliber talent.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from business development through candidate delivery


• Develop new client relationships and expand partnerships with existing clients


• Build and grow your personal book of business and revenue


• Create strategic sales approaches to identify opportunities and win new partnerships


• Build relationships with key decision-makers across the Life Sciences market


• Advise clients on talent trends, compensation, market conditions, and hiring strategies


• Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future opportunities


• Identify and engage highly qualified passive talent


• Leverage multiple sourcing strategies to identify exceptional candidates


• Conduct candidate interviews and manage the process from initial engagement through placement

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success in Life Sciences recruiting and/or staffing


• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and build lasting client relationships


• A strong business development mindset with a track record of winning and growing accounts


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills


• High energy, resilience, and a genuine passion for recruitment and sales


• Comfortable working toward—and motivated by—revenue and performance goals


• Someone who wants to build a market, not simply manage one

Base Salary 70-85K with Commission up to 37.5%
