About Code Green Response
Code Green Response’s mission is simple: provide emergency responders with the tools they need to help communities recover after natural disasters. CGR provides rapidly deployable workforce housing, mobile offices, power, sanitation services, transportation assets, and related operational support for utilities, government agencies, contractors, and large-scale projects.
We are also redefining how temporary basecamps are powered through next-generation solar and battery technology. From our manufacturing facility in Madison, Georgia, we integrate solar panels and mobile battery systems directly into our core response units, helping reduce fuel dependence, noise, and logistical demands in the field.
As CGR expands into Florida, we are looking for a highly organized, resourceful professional to help establish and support our new Lake City office.
The Role
The Florida Operations Coordinator will be a key member of CGR’s growing Florida operation.
This is not a traditional office manager position. We are looking for someone who can keep the office organized and running effectively while also coordinating vendors, visiting project sites, solving logistical problems, and supporting emergency-response and field operations.
The position will operate with a high degree of independence. The right candidate will be an excellent communicator who is organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership of assignments with limited supervision.

The ideal candidate is organized enough to keep an office and multiple projects running smoothly, professional enough to be a strong face for CGR in the field, and resourceful enough to be handed a problem and figure out how to solve it. This is an opportunity to join CGR at the beginning of our Florida expansion and help build the operational foundation for the company’s growth in the state. This position requires Florida residency. Candidates must reside in Florida by the start date.
