Real Estate Associate – Multifamily

We are working with a leading institutional real estate platform that is exclusively focused on multifamily, with significant experience across the U.S. multifamily market.

The firm is looking to add a Real Estate Associate to its Charlotte team. This is a broad investment role offering exposure across underwriting, acquisitions, and development, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a well-rounded multifamily investment skill set.

The Role:

• Underwrite multifamily acquisitions and development opportunities
• Support acquisitions from initial evaluation through closing
• Analyze investment opportunities, including financial modeling and valuation
• Work closely with development teams on new multifamily projects
• Conduct market, property, and investment analysis
• Assist with due diligence, investment committee materials, and transaction execution
• Work across both acquisitions and development rather than being focused on a single function

Ideal Background:

• 2–5 years of experience in multifamily real estate
• Strong experience across underwriting and financial modeling
• Exposure to multifamily acquisitions and/or development
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience at a reputable multifamily owner, developer, investment manager, or institutional real estate platform
• Based in Charlotte or open to relocating
