Halluminate is an applied AI and data company working with frontier Labs to train Financial Services Super Intelligence. We do this by building high quality computer and tool-use RL (Reinforcement Learning) gyms to train AI agents that do work across financial services verticals.

? Role Description:

Halluminate is looking to hire part-time Financial Services Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with experience in FP&A or Accounting roles.

The responsibilities of this role include:

• Helping the team identify and prioritize roadmap based on real world IB/PE experience
• Creating "training materials" for AI systems (ex. modeling exercises, powerpoints, etc.)
• Designing “problems” to test state of the art AI agents
• Working with frontier engineering/research teams to implement and evaluate AI systems on real world financial services work

Necessary Skills Include:

• Attention to detail
• Exceptional ability in core finance workflows across powerpoint and Excel
• Organization and ability to own deadlines
• Willingness to learn technical concepts in machine learning, AI, data, and engineering

• Fully Remote

Compensation

• Hourly: $100/hour - $200/hour
• Bonuses paid out for above average performance or stellar contributors
