Tax Manager

The ideal candidate will be a 5+ year tax professional with public accounting or industry experience. They will be responsible for a variety of taxes including federal, state, and local tax returns, estate, fidicuary and gift taxes, and lead tax audits.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Preparing a variety of taxes including federal, state, and local tax returns, estate, fidicuary and gift taxes, and lead tax audits.


• Perform tax research


• Prepare and review tax returns


• Work closely with senior management, related parties, and third-party advisors.


• Perform supporting analysis as it relates to strategic tax positions and yearend tax preparation.


• Prepare for and lead tax audits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field. CPA or MBA preferred


• 5+ years' of experience of professional tax experience


• Strong communication and analytical skills
