Job Description

About Cedar Gold Group

Cedar Gold Group is a fast-growing precious metals firm helping Americans protect and diversify their wealth through physical gold and silver. Our marketing engine drives our growth, and we're looking for a proven leader to take full ownership of it.

The Role

As Marketing Director , you will own the marketing department end to end — strategy, budget, execution, and results. Your number one mandate is delivering a consistent flow of qualified leads to our sales floor while building a brand clients trust. You'll inherit established vendor relationships, including a dedicated email/publisher management partner and a landing page designer, and you'll be responsible for managing and maximizing those relationships from day one.

What You'll Do

  • Own marketing strategy, planning, and budget across all channels

  • Drive qualified lead generation and be accountable for lead volume, quality, and cost per acquisition

  • Manage our existing publisher and dedicated email relationships — negotiating placements, monitoring performance, and scaling what works

  • Direct our landing page design resource — prioritizing builds, running tests, and improving conversion rates

  • Build clear reporting on funnel performance (CPL, CPA, conversion rates, ROI by channel) and present results to leadership

  • Identify and launch new acquisition channels (paid media, direct response, content, partnerships)

  • Protect and grow the brand — messaging, reputation, and reviews — in a trust-driven industry

  • Build out the marketing team as the company scales

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of marketing experience with at least 3 years leading a marketing function or team

  • A track record in direct response / lead generation marketing with clear, measurable results

  • Experience managing external vendors, publishers, and agencies

  • Strong analytical skills — you make budget decisions based on data, not instinct

  • Experience in precious metals, financial services, insurance, or another high-ticket, trust-driven industry is a strong plus

  • A hands-on, ownership mentality — you're comfortable being the senior-most marketer in the building

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year

  • On-target earnings (OTE): up to $200,000 annually

  • Full-time, in office at our Miami location

  • 15 days PTO after completion of your first year

  • Benefits package (health and retirement) rolling out beginning January 2027
