We’re seeking a Director of Surgical Services to lead operations across the OR, Pre-Op, PACU, and Cath/EP Lab, partnering closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, physicians, and executive leadership to deliver safe, efficient, patient-centered care.

? What You’ll Lead:

• Provide strategic and operational oversight for Surgical and Procedural Services
• Lead, mentor, and develop perioperative leaders and clinical teams
• Ensure safe, high-quality, efficient patient care across procedural areas
• Partner with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and hospital leadership to optimize workflows and physician experience
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, productivity, resource allocation, and operational performance

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona or eligibility for Arizona licensure
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Progressive nursing leadership experience in perioperative services
• Experience leading multidisciplinary surgical teams in an acute-care hospital
• Experience across OR, Pre-Op, PACU, Cath Lab, or EP environments is highly valuable
