Human Resources Manager

Our client, a bank on the eastern shore of Maryland, is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their team. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for employee acquisition, engagement, retention, policies & procedures, benefits management, salary administration, and regulatory & legal compliance.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of Human Resources


• Ensures that the Human Resources function operates effectively across the entire Bank employee base


• Works with all managers to coordinate all Human Resource functions


• Partner with department leaders to develop recruitment strategies


• Administer the compensation program


• Manage payroll


• Develop and administer a comprehensive performance management program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience is required


• Seven years of human resources experience


• Knowledge of banking and/or financial services preferred


• Excellent communication skills


• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations


• Strong people skills
