Title: Global IT Project Manager – Commercial Systems (PMO)

Location: Rochester, NY (Onsite)

What We’re Looking For

1.) 7–12+ years of overall IT experience and 5+ years in IT Project/Program Management

2.) Proven ownership of multiple concurrent global enterprise IT projects/programs

3.) Strong experience with global/regional rollouts across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC

4.) Background in enterprise applications + integrations, rather than infrastructure-only PM

5.) Experience with Oracle ERP + EDI/integrations, Salesforce CRM/CLM, eCommerce/Unified Commerce, or cloud migrations

6.) Strong technical program delivery experience working with Engineering, QA, DevOps/Platform, Security, Data, and Business teams

7.) Hands-on governance of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid, release management, incident management, and change management

8.) Strong ServiceNow experience, particularly CAB, change, incident, and release workflows

9.) Experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, and preferably Planview AdaptiveWork

10.) Strong PMO skills: RAID, dependencies, budgets, resources, risks, milestones, KPIs, governance and executive reporting

11.) Comfortable working with senior leadership and globally distributed/cross-cultural teams

12.) Bachelor's degree; PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum/Agile certification is a plus
