Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Print Services Engineer to support and manage large-scale enterprise printing environments and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as Level 3 technical SME for enterprise print services.
• Implement, configure, and troubleshoot HP print management platforms and infrastructure.
• Support POC, pilot, U.S. rollout, and global deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot print, network, server, and platform issues.
• Maintain the existing Ricoh/Streamline NX environment during migration.
• Monitor fleet health, security, availability, and compliance.
• Support printer discovery, onboarding, configuration, and migration.
• Implement secure/pull printing and badge-based print release solutions.

Top Requirements:

• 5+ years managing enterprise-scale print services, platforms, and infrastructure.
• Experience with large-scale printer refresh, migration, or implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise printing, networking, infrastructure, security, and compliance.
• Hands-on experience with HP Web Jetadmin, HP Advance, HP Security Manager, Ricoh Streamline NX, or similar tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
