$65,000 base. Uncapped commission.

$140,000 year-one OTE. $200,000+ year-two OTE.

People in AI is hiring an ambitious graduate to train as a 360 Recruitment Consultant. We’re a specialist recruitment business hiring across AI, machine learning and engineering in North America.

You’ll learn both sides of recruitment: helping exceptional people make their next career move and helping companies hire the talent they need to grow. Along the way, you’ll build relationships with founders, engineers and AI leaders, develop your own client base and earn commission on the business you generate.

• Clients come to us. Nearly all our business is inbound, driven by our reputation and visibility. We work with companies backed by venture capital and private equity, building teams at the frontier of AI. You’ll join with established client relationships and active searches to learn on, while developing the skills to win and grow accounts yourself.


• Big fees. Uncapped upside. We recruit for highly paid, specialist roles that are difficult to fill. Companies pay substantial fees to get those hires right. Your commission rewards the revenue you generate, with no ceiling on what you can earn.


• Learn directly from the founders. Work alongside founders and experienced recruiters who will coach you through real searches. Learn to identify talent, run screening calls, understand a client’s hiring needs, prepare candidates for interviews, negotiate offers and close placements. You’ll develop commercial judgment, confidence and negotiation skills you can build a career on.


• AI built into your working day. Custom AI agents. ChatGPT Business connected to our recruitment database. AI sourcing tools. Full LinkedIn Recruiter RPS+ licenses. Google Workspace and Slack. An NYC office with a team around you.

We work together in person at 26 Broadway, in Manhattan’s Financial District. You’ll hear experienced recruiters handle calls, get help with a difficult conversation and put feedback into practice while it’s fresh.
