This is a hybrid full-time exempt position reporting to the Director, Sales Enablement; must be based in the Greater Chicago area. Requires a minimum of 3 days in the Chicago office.
The Role:
The Planning Coordinator provides administrative, operational, and reporting support to the Planning team and sales organization. This role is responsible for building media plans, supporting campaign execution, preparing sales materials, maintaining accurate records and ensuring day-to-day processes run efficiently. It's an excellent entry point for someone looking to build foundational knowledge of media planning systems and processes, with a clear path toward growth within Planning, Ad Operations, Marketing, Sales, and other business functions.

Estimated OTE: $55-65k
