The Physical Therapy Supervisor Outpatient will provide comprehensive evaluation of performance components affecting patients' functional mobility and deliver goal-oriented treatment designed to facilitate the highest possible level of independence.
The position requires a qualified Physical Therapist with progressive clinical experience, Nevada state licensure, and current BLS certification.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive evaluations of patient performance components affecting functional mobility.
Develop and provide goal-oriented physical therapy treatment.
Facilitate patients' maximum level of functional independence.
Provide care appropriate to the patient's age and individual needs.
Apply clinical knowledge and skills to support effective patient care.
Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide appropriate care/services across the applicable patient age groups.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy from a university program satisfying the applicable APTA academic and educational requirements.
2+ years of progressively responsible experience in the field of Physical Therapy.
Nevada State Licensure as a Registered Physical Therapist.
Current BLS Certification.
Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service appropriate to the age of the patient.
